The 3# unit just put into operation is controlled by BAILEY dcs. It uses FIX6.15 as the SCADA server and is connected to the DCS to collect real-time data. The control system includes four main parts: turbine, boiler, electrical, and 168 test run. Refresh. The on-site monitoring is completed by 6-7 FIXplanTV via Ethernet TCP/IP and FIX SCADA server. The data transmission between FIX nodes on Ethernet is less than one second. Install FIX client and FIX WEBSERVER on the server with IIS, so that users can see real-time data through the standard IE browser.
In the past, the trial of the new unit had a 168-hour commissioning phase. The 168 system was collectively referred to. The leaders and related personnel of various departments simply used the buttons and menus to perform inquiries in the office, and obtained timely real-time process information. The standard browser such as IE or NETSCAPE browses real-time dynamic graphics, data, trends, alarms, etc. In this way, the administrator page does not need to go under the scene detection equipment, saving a lot of manpower and material resources. At present, according to the actual needs of the factory, the number of IE browser rooms is being expanded. Users no matter where they are, simply dial in to the network and connect to FIX Webserver to get the required information.
With the help of FIX WebServer, the unit's 168 operation passed smoothly at 22:30 on June 6, 1999! Based on the above conditions, Zhanjiang Power Plant has decided to extend this system to the 4# unit under construction. The Guangdong Electric Power Test Institute responsible for the establishment of this system has extended this experience to other power plants in the industry.
