It was learned from the Fujian Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision that in the near future, the bureau organized a provincial-level supervision and spot check on the electronic energy-saving lamps produced by enterprises in Fujian Province, and five batches of products were unqualified. The initial failure of the light effect is the main problem found in this spot check.
This time, a total of 20 batches of electronic energy-saving lamps produced by 20 companies were sampled, and 15 batches were qualified. Five batches were unqualified, and the qualified rate of sampled batches was 75%. The results of the spot check showed that the quality and safety items of the electronic energy-saving lamps were all qualified for the supervision and spot check. The unqualified items of the five batches of unqualified products were lamp power, initial luminous flux/initial light effect involving energy-saving efficiency. There are 4 batches of unqualified initial light effect, which is the main problem found in this spot check. The reason is that the initial light effect of the energy-saving lamp is different from the actual value, mainly because the manufacturer is interested in increasing the selling price. The initial light effect is increased, which is caused by deceiving consumers. There is a batch of lamp power that does not meet the requirements of the standard value, which is caused by the reduction of the lamp power by the manufacturer.
In view of the main quality problems found in the spot check, the Fujian Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision has instructed the relevant Municipal Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau to strictly follow the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations of the Product Quality Law, and to deal with the unqualified products of the product quality in the spot check according to law, and rectify within a time limit. It will continue to conduct follow-up inspections on electronic energy-saving lamps to create a satisfying consumer environment for energy conservation and consumer use of electronic energy-saving lamps.
