LED lights monitor air quality

Pegasus and its partner, the Lighting Science Group (LSG), developed an LED desk lamp that monitors air quality and uploads the results via a wireless network, called Genesis Light. This LED desk lamp uses simple emoticons to display the air quality detected at the moment and transmits air quality data over the wireless network.
Pegasus and New York charity maintainers said they would send 50 free Genesis Light LED lamps to the nail salons interested in participating in the program, hoping to improve air quality and alert people to this information.

In addition, Genesis Light is equipped with a simple emoticon display, mainly monitoring the concentration of formaldehyde and volatile substances, the positive expression means that the air is clean, and the negative expression means that the air quality is not good. This information will be transmitted to the central control center of the public welfare maintainer's office, or to other remote online control terminals.

Pegasus said that they expect to start sending Genesis Light for free in October 2015 and gradually promote it. If the entire trial is successfully supported, the government may implement a statewide nail salon for air quality returns.
