With the advent of the post-financial crisis era, more and more companies have realized that the good benefits of products need their own design and brand, and excellent product design requires a good design management team and working methods, and needs reasonable resources. Optimized configuration is the effective management and collaboration of the enterprise to maximize the use of existing resources. Using the correct and reasonable design management method to carry out the research work of product design, this paper takes "lighting illumination to the user's behavioral feeling" as an example to analyze the role and significance of the design management working method for design research, and design the management working method for the product design. It is used as a reference for research.
1 Case study
1.1 Purpose of the study
Through observation, behavioral research and experimental methods, we can find out whether the changes in intensity, color temperature and brightness of lighting have a direct or indirect impact on the waist and back discomfort of the human body.

1.3 Research focus
In the course of the experiment, the experimental data is viewed and evaluated more as an objective person. The result of the whole experiment is either a “validation process†or a “falsification processâ€. Therefore, this research experiment is more focused on the experimental process itself, rather than the final result of the experiment.
1.4 Content of the experiment
Time: starting at 20:00 at night;
Location: Small space for student dormitory, area: about 5 × 2.5 = 12.5m2;
Target: graduate student;
Tools: Promise light brightness controller, lamps, digital cameras, illuminance measuring instruments, etc.;
Event: The illuminance of different lamps has a direct or indirect effect on the discomfort of the lower back during reading;
Mode: actual lamp illuminance measurement and behavior observation record; computer simulation and simulation aided research.
1.5 Experimental qualifications
The same experimental space (ie, the same student dormitory small space);
The luminaires are at the same installation height (only the lighting itself is studied, and the hard man-machine size is not considered);
The reading operation plane is at the same height;
The eyesight of the same subject remained stable;
The reflectivity of the various materials in the experimental space remains the same.
1.7 Experimental specific items and methods
The illuminance control of the same luminaire is carried out by using the stepless light brightness controller, and the illumination of the illuminance is actually measured by the illuminance instrument. At the same time, the visual behavior of the same subject under different illuminance conditions is recorded by a digital camera, and the visual behavior and waist during reading are performed. The actual feeling of the back.
2 Experimental implementation details
2.1 Principles of experimental objects
Under the illumination conditions of different illumination, the experimental subjects carried out experiments based on the reading on the books, thereby relatively reducing the experimental variables.
Under the different illumination conditions, the experimental object itself feels relaxed sitting posture, and does not deliberately limit the sitting posture of the experimental object, so as to better observe the influence of the illumination of the lamp on the sitting posture of the experimental object. The position of the book read by the subject remains unchanged, thereby relatively reducing the experimental variables.
2.2 Specific steps and data analysis of the experiment
The experiment is performed in an experimental step unit every 10 minutes. The rest interval is 5 minutes. The length of the room is 5 meters, the width is 2.5 meters, the height is 3.4 meters. The height of the measured table top is 0.8 meters from the ground, and the installation height of the lamps is 2.5 meters. It can be seen from the dynamic analysis of the red line of the spine in Fig. 5 that in the 36W×2 fluorescent lighting environment, the red line of the spine of the experimental object has a certain intersection point, and the experimental object feels that the feeling is ok at the beginning, and later I feel that the color temperature of the fluorescent lamp is more irritating to the eyes, while the muscles on the back are sore. Figure 6 is a red line of the specific dynamic analysis of the spine at each key time point of Figure 5. It can be observed and analyzed from the figure that in the 36W×2 fluorescent lighting environment, the dynamic range of the spine of the subject is relatively flat, and the dynamic change of the spine is small from 0:00 to 06:23, and the time after 06:23. The dynamic behavior of the segmental spine has a small change. The changes of the spine and lumbar vertebrae are not large, and the cervical vertebra has a small change, and the overall tilt angle is not large.
