1 , introduction
In today's rapid advancement of semiconductor lighting technology, in order to produce high-quality LED products, automatic testing and sorting equipment in LED chip preparation, packaging and application is increasingly highlighting its importance in product development and production.
In the production of LED chips, packaging and application products, a large number of automation equipment still rely on foreign products, imported equipment is expensive, and is very unfavorable to the development of the industry [1]. Some small and medium-sized enterprises have to use manual or semi-automatic equipment to detect LED chips because they are unable to bear the cost of expensive machinery and equipment. When performing parameter analysis and analysis on a large number of samples, not only the efficiency is low, but also the detected LED performance indicators are significantly different. Directly affect the quality and service life of its end products [2]. Therefore, the development of automatic testing and sorting equipment is of great significance to accelerate the development of the domestic LED industry. It is extremely urgent to develop semiconductor lighting test and production equipment suitable for domestic LED enterprises, moderate price, comprehensive functions and reliable performance.
2 , LED automatic testing and sorting equipment key issues
The automatic testing and sorting equipment in LED packaging applications requires fast speed and reliable performance, and is a complex optical and mechatronic product. There are several key technical issues that need to be addressed during development.
2.1 Optical and Mechatronics System Architecture Design
LED chip preparation, packaging production, different process stages have different automatic testing and sorting requirements, system equipment collection light color parameter measurement, automation control, precision mechanical structure, machine vision positioning and computer software in one, including optical and electrical The design of integrated system architecture is particularly important [3, 4]. The LED high-speed automatic test and sorting equipment described in this paper requires a working tempo of less than 150ms, which puts higher requirements on the selection of various parts of the automatic test and sorting mechanical system.
2.2 LED light color high-speed high-precision detection system research
The measured parameters include optical parameters (light flux, light intensity, etc.), color parameters, electrical parameters (forward voltage, reverse leakage current, etc.), so the amount of data to be processed is large [5, 6, 7]. In terms of equipment control, each measurement should notify the lower machine to measure the measurement while collecting the measurement data, and the measurement result and the sorting information are fed back to the PLC, so there are many tasks to be completed. According to the design requirements of the automatic test and sorting equipment, the test time of the test unit should be controlled within 50ms, the precision requires the main wavelength of 0.5nm, and the chromaticity coordinate is 0.003. A reasonable data transmission structure is required to ensure the measurement speed and accuracy.
2.3 Equipment Reliability Study
The long-term normal operation of production equipment and the stability and reliability of measurement data are very important. Through the system reliability design and reliability distribution, select the unit composition principle and key components, carry out the reliability test of the whole machine, and improve the reliability of the automation equipment.
