Implementation principle:
The T1-5 temperature transmitter is installed on the outlet side of the QSH tube type soda mixer and detects the temperature of the outlet water. The temperature signal is fed back to the thermostatic control host. The thermostatic control host controls the opening of the steam control valve according to the water temperature signal. , control the flow of steam into the QSH tube soda mixer. When it is detected that the temperature of the water is low, the steam valve is opened to increase the steam flow. Since the heat-dissipating pipes are mostly multi-pipe type, the clogging is easy to occur, and the heating efficiency is reduced. Therefore, a strong magnetic anti-scaling device is installed on the steam pipe to improve the water quality so that it is not easy to block. The raw water is heated in a QSH tube type soda mixer and sent to a radiator by a pump to complete heating. The water that has completed the heat exchange in the radiator passes through the circulation pipe and enters the QSH tube type soda mixer for heating.
