02, how to determine the location of the galaxy

ISO: 6400 When the first two items are confirmed, try to lower the ISO as high ISO will generate noise. At the same time, you need to know the maximum ISO available for your device. My Sony A7R2 is generally available to 6400. If it is high, the noise will be more obvious and it will be difficult to reduce noise later.
