Qinshang Optoelectronics (002638) announced on the evening of November 26 that the company received the "Notice of Winning Bid" issued by the Central Government Organs' Government Procurement Center on the afternoon of November 23, 2012 (National Machinery Mining [2012] No. 313 ), determined that the company is the winner of the third phase LED lamp project of the National Development and Reform Commission's response to climate change foreign materials donation project - the Ministry of Water Resources and Energy of the Republic of Cameroon (project number: GC-HG120511), the winning bid amount is 19,134,900 yuan.

Qinshang Optoelectronics also announced that on November 21, 2012, the company disclosed the “Prompt Announcement on the Contract Energy Management Project of LED Lamps for the Lighting Test Section of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway”. The estimated contract amount of the contract energy management project HNZM-LED-1 is about 4.5 million yuan. The company is the successful bidder for the above bidding project. Recently, the company received the “Notice of Winning Bid” issued by the tenderer Jiangsu Ninghu Expressway Co., Ltd., confirming that the company is the winning bidder of the above-mentioned bidding project. The time limit for the energy saving return of the contract segment is 47 months.
