Among them, the total capital contribution is 18 million yuan, the first phase of the investment of 3.6 million yuan, holding 36% of the shares, the joint venture Wind Power Investment Co., Ltd. holds 34%, Heilongjiang Chunying Investment Co., Ltd. holds 20%, Shanghai Zhizu Investment Management Co., Ltd. The company holds 10% of the shares.
