The sideline waistline connects the headlights to the taillights and uses a suspended roof to add a lot of color to the body. The whole lamp design adopts all-LED combination headlights, and the daytime running lights and front turn signals are all BYD's self-developed car-level eutectic LED package products--Zhongda Power 2016 series package lamp beads.
It is understood that BYD's light source product is the first car-grade eutectic LED package lamp bead in China.
The so-called LED eutectic technology refers to pre-plating AuSn solder on the bottom of the chip, then heating the chip and the substrate, melting the AuSn and the metal on the surface of the substrate to form a metal compound, thereby achieving the requirements of chip fixation, uniform energization and rapid thermal conduction.
According to BYD, the high-power 2016 series of car-grade grades adopts flip-chip structure chips and high-heat-conducting ceramic substrates. The hot-press eutectic process is used to reduce the wire bonding process and greatly reduce the probability of dead lights caused by wire breakage. At the same time, the metal compound produced at the welding interface during the eutectic process has a melting point of more than 280 ° C, and the product has good weld bonding and high temperature resistance.
In addition, the 2016 series has excellent heat dissipation performance. The AuSn material used has good thermal conductivity and a thermal conductivity of 58 w/mk. At the same time, since the eutectic layer is thin and the thermal resistance is small, the heat generated by the chip can be quickly transferred to the substrate, thereby effectively reducing the junction temperature of the chip and prolonging the life; The flip chip eutectic layer is composed of metal, has good electrical conductivity, uniform current distribution, and greatly improves luminous efficiency.
BYD said that this is a series of light sources dedicated to lamp products, covering BQF-2016WY-DMC and BQF-2016WD-DY10-57. The products are divided into yellow and white. Among them, the highest luminous flux of white light products is as high as 210lm.
