EU LED lamps market standard energy efficiency index new regulations

Recently, the European Commission issued Bulletin G/TBT/N/EU/35, which notified that the Authorization Bill stipulates energy labeling requirements for electric lamps and lamps. The notified regulation requires that only directional LED lamps and directional fluorescent lamps with an energy efficiency index of less than 0.2 can enter the EU market. The regulation will be implemented on September 1, 2013.

The bill stipulates energy labeling requirements for the following four types of electric lamps: tungsten lamps, fluorescent lamps, high-intensity discharge lamps, LED lamps, and the responsibility of suppliers and distributors. The draft does not apply to the following products:

Light flux less than 30lm;

The lighting products sold on the market with the battery as the main power source;

Products not available on the market with a visible light range of the light source product in the range of 380 to 780 nm;

a product sold on the market that is installed in a light fixture and that consumers cannot replace the light source;

As part of a product sold on the market, the main purpose is not to illuminate.

The notified regulation requires that only directional LED lamps and directional fluorescent lamps with an energy efficiency index of less than 0.2 can enter the EU market.

According to energy efficiency index EEI = 0.2, into the formula calculation, LED bulb lighting effects need to reach the following levels to meet the requirements:

1, replace the 40-watt incandescent lamp flux equal to 600lm LED bulb light, light efficiency needs to be greater than 64.76 lm / W

2, replace the 60-watt incandescent light flux equal to 900lm LED bulb light, light efficiency needs to be greater than 70.21 lm / W

3, the luminous flux is greater than 1300lm lamps, whether the power is built-in or external, the light effect needs to be greater than 74.92 lm/W

main problem:

1. When the luminous flux is 30lm-1300lm, the higher the luminous flux, the higher the luminous efficiency requirement.

2. The luminous flux is equal to or more than 1300 lm, and regardless of the luminous flux, the luminous efficiency requirement is greater than a fixed value of 74.92 lm/W, that is, a luminous efficiency of more than 75 lm/w is to be achieved.

3. For LED lamps, external power supply and built-in power supply description is not clear, bulb lights are generally built-in power supply, and the lamp can do external power can also be built-in power, if it is an external power supply, how to calculate is not clear.

Other Steel Structures

Steel Structures can be used in many industries such as foundation reinforce, electric power transmission structures and tubular scaffolding, etc.

A flange can also be a plate or ring to form a rim at the end of a pipe when fastened to the pipe. A blind flange is a plate for covering or closing the end of a pipe. A flange joint is a connection of pipes, where the connecting pieces have flanges by which the parts are bolted together.

Although the word flange generally refers to the actual raised rim or lip of a fitting, many flanged plumbing fittings are themselves known as 'flanges':

There are many different flange standards to be found worldwide. To allow easy functionality and interchangeability, these are designed to have standardised dimensions. Common world standards include ASA/ASME (USA), PN/DIN (European), BS10 (British/Australian), and JIS/KS (Japanese/Korean). In the USA, ANSI stopped publishing B16.5 in 1996, and the standard is ASME B16.5
