(4) When the working place is wet, the floor should be covered with rubber sheets or other insulating materials.
(5) Wear leather gloves when replacing the electrode, do not operate with bare hands.
(6) In the case of electrification, in order to prevent the welding tongs from being clamped, the workpiece to be welded or the welding cable is hung on the neck.
(7) When pushing and pulling the knife switch, the face is not allowed to directly face the electric gate to prevent the spark caused by the short circuit from burning the face.
(8) The following operations must be performed after the power is turned off:
When changing the welder joint; when the replacement weldment needs to be changed to the secondary circuit; when the safety device is replaced; when the welder fails, it needs to be repaired; when the work place is transferred to move the welder; when the work is completed or temporarily leaves the work site.
