The 2017 China Intelligent Automation Conference hosted by the China Automation Association's Intelligent Automation Professional Committee and hosted by Hebei University of Technology was held in Tianjin from October 28th to October 29th. Wu Hongxin, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, pointed out in his report to the General Assembly that since 1956, artificial intelligence has made great progress after more than 60 years of development. Especially in the past 10 years, people have promoted and developed artificial intelligence technology with great enthusiasm. There has been a very welcome situation.

"'Artificial Intelligence' is the ability of humans to recognize, understand, and learn things, rather than instinctive behavioral capabilities. 'Intelligent control' is the introduction of human intelligence into the control, making it capable of human intelligence, with the aim of solving traditional control difficulties The challenging problem to solve.” Wu Hongxin stated that the most critical and basic ability to study intelligent control is to grasp the characteristics. This is the philosophy of practice and contradiction, and feature modeling is a mathematical description method to grasp features. Feature modeling is the most basic problem in the research of artificial intelligence and intelligent control, and it is also the highest expression of "intelligence" level. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to learn, how to recognize and how to make decisions.

During the two-day conference, five well-known experts and scholars made reports to the conference, and 60 participants gave oral reports. Experts and scholars attending the conference conducted in-depth research on the intelligent automation of spacecraft, from big data to intelligent control, bionic robotic fish modeling and high-motor motion control, intelligent control and application of flexible structures, and artificial intelligence. Research and communication, and put forward the adoption of "all-coefficient adaptive control theory and method" to ensure the closed-loop stability of the system, so that it has a good performance; "feature modeling", "based on the feature model of intelligent adaptive control method", etc. The reduced-order controller and intelligent controller design have opened up a new path to promote the development of spacecraft control and industry; with introspection to control and reduce the production of traditional equipment defective products; through the study of the body wave model of the robotic robotic fish movement, Promote the development and application of new underwater vehicle and operation systems; key technologies for heterogeneous robot cluster system architecture based on cloud environment, solving problems such as difficult system modeling, difficult resource management, difficult information fusion, and comprehensive sensing difficulties.
