The second largest shareholder of the company, Mitsui & Co., Ltd., director of Mitsui & Co., Ltd., said that although Sanan’s shareholding will be diluted, Mitsui’s equity will be diluted, but Mitsui is still optimistic about the alliance, mainly because Mitsui’s strengths are in the marketing channel. Through the combination of Sanan and Sanan, after obtaining the production capacity and technology, it can bring more achievements to the round through the channel of Mitsui. The cooperation between the three parties in the future can make Yuanyuan more competitive in the international market.
As for whether Japan’s Mitsui will increase its shareholding in the future, Suzuki Jiro said that there is no plan yet.
