TE's new generation of single-mode fiber field quick-install connector F-Light can be widely used in fiber-optic transmission networks. F-Light connectors match standard SC/UPC and SC/APC fiber optic connectors and are the ideal solution for fast field installation in FTTx.
F-Light is suitable for conventional fiber optic cable G652D and G657A fiber. The single product can be compatible with a variety of fiber optic cables, such as Ø3mm round cable and 2*3mm 8-shaped leather cable, and has the cable tensile strength superior to the general products in the market. It has simple and reliable installation features, and requires no special tools, no glue injection and grinding during the installation process. It can be reused to match the standard SC adapter and is RoHS compliant. In addition, the stripping tool is compatible with mainstream cutting knives and is easy to operate, allowing quick access to specific lengths of fiber.
