4. Project budget:
The first package: 31 yuan/day/person, including 16 yuan for food materials (4 yuan for breakfast ingredients/person/meal, lunch for 12 yuan/person/meal) for a fixed price, and 15 yuan for management expenses. Monthly service is calculated on the 22nd.
The second package: 27 yuan/person/meal, 12 yuan for the fixed fee, 15 yuan management fee. No monthly rest day.
Third bag: 27 yuan/person/meal, of which 12 yuan is a fixed fee for food, 15 yuan for management costs, equipment and facilities depreciation costs calculated monthly, after the site survey to determine the actual needs of equipment and facilities depreciation tender control price. 5. Subcontracting situation:

Fourth, supplier qualification requirements (substantive requirements)
1. Must be an enterprise with independent legal personality registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, must provide its effective "corporate legal person business license (copy) (business scope includes catering management services, cleaning services)";
2. The bidder participating in the first package of bids shall provide one chef at the first level and the staff of the unit; two chefs at the second level and the staff at the unit; one at the pastry chef and the staff at the unit; And no fewer than 15 management personnel should provide health certificates for food processing practitioners during their effective period.
The bidder participating in the second package of bids must provide at least 4 chefs of Level 2 or above and be employees of the unit. The number of project service and management personnel shall be no less than 16. They shall provide food processing practitioners within the valid period. Personnel health certificate.
The bidders participating in the third package of bids must provide at least 2 or more chefs of level 2 or above, and be employees of the unit. 3. The bidder has no major violations in the business activities in the past three years (14-16 years) and the project service personnel have no major violations. (A written commitment must be provided and the official seal of the company should be affixed).

5. The bidder shall provide the qualification certificates of suppliers of raw materials (grain, oil and meat) purchase points. 6. Provide food business licenses, and within the validity period, the main business is the canteens.
7. Provide food containers, tableware and other third-party test reports that meet the GB14934 "Food (Drinking) Disinfection Health Standards".
8. The bidder participating in the second package shall provide the qualification certificate of the supplier of the fuel (methanol liquid fuel) required for food processing. The certificate of qualification shall include the business license of the fuel supplier (the copy shall be affixed with the official seal of the fuel supplier). And the business scope of the business license includes fuel sales.
9. The bidder participating in the third package of bids must provide the product certification of the canteen processing equipment.
10. This project is a combination of investment and investment.
11. This project does not accept registration from the Consortium and prohibits subcontracting.
