In addition to three SAW filters and five duplexers, the module also includes a band select switch and decoder with an ESD protection circuit that protects up to 4 kV from the antenna output. As a result, this new front-end module offers the highest level of integration available today.
In addition to its high level of integration, the D5058 front-end module has an ultra-small size of just 8.0 x 4.95 x 1.0 mm3. The insertion loss is between 1.2 and 3.8 dB, depending on the frequency band and filter.
