At present, there are more than 3,000 TV stations in the country, usually with news studios, special studios, and variety show studios. The three are separated from each other and they are independent. With the development of the television industry, a comprehensive studio has begun to appear, that is, a variety of scenes such as variety shows, special interviews, and virtual images have been presented in a studio, greatly improving the utilization rate of the studio. Based on my many years of experience, the author has carefully designed a comprehensive studio program.
1 Studio overview
The studio's recommended studio features a variety of production shows, news programs, talk shows, advertising and other production functions. The studio has an overall area of ​​342m2, a length of 21m, a width of 16.3m and a height of 6.3m. Due to the limited bearing capacity of the roof, the surrounding area is supported by an aluminum alloy truss, so the actual use area of ​​the light is 18.5 m long, 13 m wide and 5.9 m high. The stage is 13 m wide, 9 m deep and 0.4 m high. Behind the stage is a set of off- screen LED displays . Both displays are 4 m long and 4 m high, connected in the middle, and combined to a background of 8 m × 4 m. Appearing characters can enter the stage from the middle of the stage or enter from both sides. The studio is divided into 3 shooting venues, a stage area of ​​about 120 m2, about 25 m2 of virtual and real-purpose news, an advertising shooting area, and a real shooting area of ​​about 25 m2 (see Figure 1). The lighting requirements of different programs vary: variety shows require bright and colorful lights, interviews and advertising shoots require uniform white light throughout the scene, how to achieve dynamic and static effects in a small space, is the focus of consideration. The studio has arranged the lighting of two scenes of white light and color light to ensure that the brightness of the shooting scene is above 1 200 lx, and the color rendering index is above 90, which meets the requirements of high-definition studio shooting (see Figure 2 for the layout of the lamp position).
2 Variety stage performance area layout
2.1 Structure Overview
The main performance area is 13m wide and 9m deep, occupying nearly half of the studio. It is mainly used for variety shows, large-scale interactive interviews, advertising shooting, etc. At this time, the other two performance areas are placed with mobile seats, which can be used as audience interaction. Area. Behind the stage is a pair of LED-split large screens with a number of pleated black silk velvet curtains on both sides. Black can enhance the depth of field effect, and the folds of the curtain can absorb sound.
2.2 Equipment layer boom design
Since the height of the site is only 6 m, considering the depth of field and economical practicability, on the basis of the original truss, a fixed and easy-adjustable aluminum alloy clamp-type fixed boom is used to design 7 main booms and 6 side booms. There is a transfer terminal box at the top of each boom to provide full protection for the movement and expansion of the boom.
2.3 Performance distribution design of the performance area
This program has designed two kinds of lighting scenes, monochrome and color. The color scenes are rich in color for stage sitcoms and variety shows. Pure white is used for uniform scenes in the stage. It is used for static scenes such as interviews and advertisement shooting. In combination, the scene in which the sitcom and the variety show interact (the lighting boom layout is shown in Figure 3).
3 virtual and real image area and real shooting area
3.1 Structure Overview
The so-called combination of virtual and real is based on the truss to design a hidden 6 m × 4 m green box, which can echo the curtains on both sides of the stage. The curtain is opened like a green box for character activity, and Computer real-time cooperation can be combined into any background, news, travel program introduction, advertising program shooting and other scenes (see Figure 4 for layout). Disassemble the movable arc plate, pull the curtain, and set up the real scene, which can be used as a venue for news, small interviews, and advertising programs. The lights in the left and right areas can be complemented and interacted together, or they can be combined as a whole.
3.2 Equipment layer track design
The news studio is a small scenic spot with a height of about 5 m, which is very inconvenient to use. Therefore, the method of moving rails and telescopic hinge rails is used to solve the horizontal movement and height adjustment problems (see Figure 5). Four 12 m long aluminum alloy fixed rails and 16 aluminum alloy movable rails are installed on the top. The horizontal movement of the lamps can be carried out through the universal sliding rails to realize the horizontal adjustment of the lamps. The vertical position of the luminaire can be adjusted by a 3.5 m telescopic constant-force hinged boom. The combination of the movable track and the vertical constant force hinge allows the luminaire to be arbitrarily adjusted in both horizontal and vertical directions. The two scene luminaires can also be used interactively, that is, the combination of the virtual and real scene areas can provide a surface light for the real-area area lighting, and also The rear stage of the audience can be used for the main stage.
3.3 Performance design of the lighting area
The lamp adopts high-low color temperature switching LED soft light and 120 W LED spotlight which can be adjusted. The soft light is evenly spread. The spotlight is used for backlighting and surface light. It is very suitable for shooting accurate figures and scenery. The LED of the color rendering index LED ensures the accurate restoration of the color of the scene shooting, and meets the color temperature and uniformity requirements required for high-definition shooting.
4 Main lamp selection principles
Lamp selection principles: efficient, energy efficient, economical, and adjustable.
(1) The lamps should be easily adjusted. Since there are no lifting booms, the selected lamps are mainly computer moving head lights or pole-controlled lamps that can be level, pitch and focus.
(2) Try to choose LED lamps. With the popularity of blue LEDs, white LED technology has matured, and new LED stage lamps with multiple LED combinations to increase total luminous flux have emerged.
(3) LED lamp bead color rendering problem. LED chip manufacturers' color rendering design is specifically designed for color temperature meter LED lamp beads, so it can not be completely based on the color temperature meter measurement, but also by comparing with the standard light source and camera or camera shooting effect, judging the true color of the lamp Sex.
(4) The heat dissipation area of ​​the lamp must be large, and the cooling fan must choose a highly reliable ultra-quiet fan with a temperature control adjustment device.
(5) The choice of LED lighting accessories is also very important.
